Job Description:
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Successful candidate should have advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically EXCEL, some accounting and Math skills.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field OR High School diploma or equivalent with 8 years experience. A combination of experience and education may be subsituted in lieu of degree.

Preferred Design Disciplines:
Any experience with Project Management budgets, manning and performance a plus. A basic understanding of Earned Value Management (EV).
